Assessment Centres (and Development Centres) comprise a series of techniques designed to facilitate decision making on a group of individuals. They are generally recognised as being one of the best predictors of job performance.
Typically lasting a full day, they consist of a number of different work-related tasks, such as ‘In-Tray’ and ‘Leaderless Group Discussion’ exercises, Interviews and Presentations, as well as Psychometric Tests and Questionnaires. They are extremely demanding for candidates, and generate a wealth of information. The event operates on a strict time schedule, and is overseen by a number of trained observers. We work with you and your team to plan, prepare and deliver assessment centres.
